Terms and Conditions

After customizing your party, we’ll email you an invoice for payment detailing your event agreement. Your event is not booked until we receive your deposit payment. We require a $150 deposit at the time of booking via Zelle or PayPal.  Final payment is expected 2 weeks prior to the event. If final payment is not made, we(Little Teepee Party LLC) reserve the right to cancel your event. All Deposits are non-refundable although date changes are allowed.

Teepee sleepover parties are best suited for ages 5 and up. Picnic parties are best suited for ages 3 and above.

Each teepee set up is approximately 65" x 45" x 50" . *We need an area to set up that is free of furniture prior to our arrival. The teepees can be arranged in a variety of configurations to fit into your space. If you have any questions about your space, we can call you to discuss and look at pictures of your space to assess. Good set up areas are usually a living area or playroom cleared of  furniture. 

Set up takes about 1 hour depending on your event.
